Dive Insight:
RadioShack has been struggling mightily, partially because of complications created by some of its lenders who thwarted some cost-cutting efforts earlier this year. The retailer has managed to secure financing and retool agreements that will allow it more freedom, but there have been questions whether it can survive the holidays. We’ll see how it goes: Harry Wilson has extensive expertise in turnarounds, but not so much in retail.
