Dive Insight:
With so many retailers looking for new leadership, there was much speculation about where Roger Farah would go when he left Ralph Lauren in May. Tory Burch, which operates 125 stand-alone boutiques and in 3,000 department and specialty stores globally, was not really part of that discussion because the company already had a CEO. Now, it has two, and big plans for growth.
