- Per the results, 77% of retail leaders prefer conversational AI agents for their ability to personalize and improve interactions with customers. Fifteen percent chose AR and VR showrooms and 8% said product discovery AI can transform how customers discover and interact with products.
- Perfect Corp. found that 38.4% of experts said virtual fitting rooms and try-ons were the best way to bridge the gap between digital and physical retail experiences followed by interactive displays (30.8%) and real-time customized shopping (30.8%), according to the report.
