This Series B funding round led by T. Rowe Price Associates gives the online retailer tons of room to grow. Although the company declined to detail what that might entail, it certainly will enable the company to capitalize on the momentum it has, with $1 billion in sales and net revenue of $915 million, a 55% increase over 2012. With this kind of action at all Wayfair brands, many observers are predicting an IPO will be in the works before long.
